There are times in life with sadness creeps in and likes to camp out within us. These are the times when our world is shaken a bit and we become overwhelmed and buried.
Sadness is one of those things we have all experienced. The difference is how we all handle it and coming to the realization that we need help.
I can remember times of great sadness in my life. There were times where all I wanted to do was keep to myself and just shut the world out. This is what a lot of us seem to do, but we need to realize that in times of sadness that is the last thing we should do. We need to lean on others and on God for support. We need to know that we will get through the sadness and the light at the end of the tunnel will only get brighter is we keep moving.
