The ancient God is home on a foundation of everlasting arms. He drove out the enemy before you and commanded, "Destroy!" Deuteronomy 33:27Happy Sabbath!
Today is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad!!!
Yesterday I realized that I'm a big work in progress. I knew that I still needed work, but yesterday was just the reality check that I really have a lot more to learn about life and about who I am!
One thing I learned was that no matter how confident I am, I'm still scared to death of certain things and I'm still learning how to use the confidence in a good way.
God promises us that we can put one foot in front of the other and trust that He will catch us when we fall. The problem is putting one foot in front of the other though. Sometimes we need to go out on a limb to know that it's okay and safe to do. Just like the above bible verse from Deuteronomy promises us, God's arms are everlasting and big enough to catch us no matter how hard we fall.
I'm absolutely convinced that nothing—nothing living or dead, angelic or demonic, today or tomorrow, high or low, thinkable or unthinkable—absolutely nothing can get between us and God's love because of the way that Jesus our Master has embraced us. Romans 8:39
